Effective performance of an employment by a huma n being signifies that the person desires to set defined standards in the work done. The individual must optimally use ones own strength in performing the actions with considerable efficiency to maintain the standards previously set. Optimal utilization of ones own strength and experience to perform the tasks assigned hold that the performance is accomplished in conformation to ones soul.
